Client FAQs

Q:  Does AWVH see exotics or birds?

A:  NO, however, we do see pocket pets (guinea pigs, hamsters and gerbils) and rabbits.

Q:  Can you give me a price quote for a surgical procedure or a dental procedure?

A:  We cannot stress enough the importance of a veterinarian looking at your pet before any type of estimate is given because there are so many variables that can play a factor in it.

Q:  Do you except payments?

A:  No, but we gladly accept:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover along with cash or personal checks.  If your check is returned, there is a $25.00 return check fee plus the amount of the check.

A:  Pro Plan, Iams, Nutramax and Science Diet

A:  No, we schedule annual exams and vaccines for your pet to ensure they are in proper health before vaccinating.
